Pre-Sales (Fashion ERP software)

The Pre-Sales consultant coordinates technical Pre-Sales activities. He/she transfers industry, technical and product knowledge to prospects/customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills. Assists in all levels of demonstration planning and accompanies Sales Executive on visits/remote to prospects/customers. The Pre-Sales Consultant supports the successful achievement of BlueCherry sales targets by analyzing the technical requirements and business needs proposed to prospects. The Pre-Sales Consultant reports to the Pres-Sales Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support with technical requirements qualification (Prospect Discovery Documents)
  • Provide answers to (technical requirements) questions in a RFI (Request for Information) or a RFQ (Request for Quotes)
  • Fully understand the business requirements of prospects and customers
    Prepare and present product demonstrations
  • Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support to align appropriate resources required for product demonstration based business requirements.
  • Communicate with Sales Executive on issues identified from demo observations and feedback
  • Participate in account handoff to articulate accurate and important demo discoveries to PM implementation team.
  • Provide any technical input needed for proposals
REQUIREMENTS
  • Business application knowledge is required BlueCherry knowledge preferred but not required (e.g. ERP, Supply Chain, CRM etc.)
  • Must be a SME (Subject Matter Expert) with extensive software system experience
  • Experience and familiarity with any of the following technologies:
  • ERP
  • PLM
  • Omni-channel planning
  • EDI
  • Logistics
  • B2B e-Commerce Solutions
  • Shop Floor Control
