Position Description

Acquisition Manager will?Lead due diligence and integration planning and execution efforts for HHCMG acquisitions. Work with executive business sponsors to define key value drivers for potential acquisitions. Implement actionable plans to achieve transaction objectives. Dive deep on tactical aspects of integration projects in need of extra attention. Oversees and influences cross-functional diligence and integration teams to ensure all relevant tasks are completed. Lead cross-functional initiatives both before and after acquisition.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead several acquisition integration projects simultaneously
  • Organize and lead the acquisition integration process to identify needs and create integration plans
  • Define, track and communicate appropriate performance measurements to project team and stakeholders
  • Work with functional area managers to align resources to integration plans and resolve gaps
  • Prepare appropriate documentation to close out integration projects and facilitate effective hand-offs

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor?s degree in business or healthcare administration or related field or equivalent business experience/ Additional advanced clinical or business credentials preferred. Master?s degree desirable
  • At least 3 years of experience managing acquisitions while providing financial diligence efforts or other relevant field?
  • Experience working in an EMR, specifically Epic
  • Experience participating in an EMR conversion
  • Experience influencing others in a matrix environment
  • Bias for action in times of ambiguity
  • Ability to achieve results through influencing all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced, evolving environment
  • Personal commitment to managing and producing the highest quality work?
  • Ability to make decisions in a rapidly growing, professional, service oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating and organizational skills
