Who are we looking for?

A Network Expert with 12+ years of experience who has implemented, supported & maintained Enterprise LAN /WAN , complex Switching scenarios, Wireless networks, RADIUS, TACACS and a good understand on network security technologies, like Firewalls, IPS and Cisco ISE.

Technical Skills:

The purpose of this role is to provide technical support in order to ensure a high degree of Customer satisfaction through value add services.

Minimum 5 – 8 years’ experience in the architecture and operation of IT infrastructure solutions, focusing on networks (LAN/WAN/firewall )

Strong understanding of routing, switching and network security concepts

Operation and design expert in the area of LAN/WAN and cloud/DC networking

Should have done network automation through ansible, Python etc.

Should have done multiple network audit and assessment in the past

CCIE / CCNP certificated

Excellent hands-on experience on the following -.

Routing (Must have)


Static Routing, RIPv1, RIPv2, RIPnG, IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS, BGPv4, ODR, GRE,
IPv6, Traffic Engineering, Policy Based Routing PBR, Route Filtering, Redistribution, Summarization


Switching & Bridging (Must Have)
Catalyst CatOS and IOS based Switches, VTP, STP, MST, RSTP+, Trunking, VLANs, Port Channel and Port spanning (Port Mirroring)


Network Security (Must Have)
CheckPoint Firewalls (Must Have), VPNs (Must Have), Cisco ISE Cryptography, AAA, Radius, TACACS


Various Features & Services (Must have)
IOS and CatOS Features, HSRP, VRRP, NAT, SNMP, SYSLOG, NTP, DHCP, CDP, DNS, HTTP, TFTP and FTP

Wireless technologies and 802.1x (Must Have)

Access points, Wireless LAN Controllers, EAP, EAP, LEAP, WPA2

SIEM Solutions (Good to have)

Splunk, QRadar, RAPID7 and Network Management using SolarWinds, Nagios or Zabbix (SolarWinds will be preferred)

Process Skills:

Should be well versed with ITIL process, especially incident management, change management, problem management and major incident management.

Should be familiar with LLD creation and review, 4 eye process.

Should be well versed with the network commissioning / decommissioning process along with system hardening.

Create technical documents, knowledge articles and SOP's and other deliverables.

Effective inter-team communication to efficiently achieve organizational IT goals and performance benchmarks in a timely manner. Keep track of daily, weekly and monthly reports on incident and RCAs. (Must)

Availability – EMEA Shift timing; 24*7 (On Call Basis for P1, P2 calls)

Ability to work in a multi- technology environment with the ability to diagnose complex technical problems to their root cause. In addition to troubleshooting skills and consulting skills, has ability to summarize prognosis and impact at practice lead level

Qualification:

Somebody who has at least 12+ years of work experience in Routing and Switching for complex network environment.

Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, Diploma, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college

CCNP (Routing and Switching & CCIE (Routing and Switching) is a MUST have. CCSA (CheckPoint Certified Security Administrator), CCDA (Cisco Certified Design Associate), ITIL Foundation V3 or 2011 (Must).
