You'll get to work on a ground-breaking product in the networking performance and visualization space. LiveNX is trusted by many companies, including several Fortune 500, to monitor and troubleshoot problems on their networks.. We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated Director of Sales Operations who will be responsible for manages support functions essential to the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. These include planning, reporting, sales process optimization, sales program implementation, sales policy and tools, quota setting, territory management, and sales compensation design and administration. The Director of Sales Operations also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities across the company and the sales organization are supported. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.. Duties:. Sales Forecasting and Reporting - including Bookings, ACV/TCV, ARR metrics and Retention. Sales, Marketing and Pipeline Analytics. Sales Enablement including Training. Implementation and management of enabling technologies, including the company's CRM & other sales-related Tools (Salesforce.com, Xactly, Outreach). Quota Planning & Territory Management. Commission plan design and administration. Sales Policy and Process - (Sales Support, Order processing, Compliance, Communications). Qualifications/Experience:. Four-year college degree from an accredited institution in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a similar business-related field of study, MBA a plus. 10-years of Sales Operations experience in a fast-paced and high-growth environment, with a preference for experience in a VC or Private Equity, backed Software/Technology (SaaS) or Data company. Experience with Software/SAAS metrics (Bookings, ARR, ACV/TCV, Retention/Churn). Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex issues to senior executives and the BOD. Proven experience managing a cross-functional team and leading that team to the achievement of sales objectives and targets. Possess an ability to analyze complex information and data, can translate these findings into actionable deliverables, strategies, targets, messages, and presentations. Impeccable integrity and ethics with the ability to work as a team player across various areas of the business, including effective communication with people of different backgrounds and levels.
